-On October 31, 2012, David presented oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit as appellee in mom’s appeal of David’s successful proceedings in Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, for the return of a 6-year-old year to his father and home in Ireland. David continues to represent the father. This is the case covered by all of the major media networks in Illinois as well as international media several months ago.
