David Schaffer To Speak At IAFL International Family Law Conference

The International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) will host an Open Conference on International Family Law this April 20-21, 2018 in New York City.

Coming together on international issues

This one and a half day open conference will focus on the concepts and practice of international family law. The speakers at this event are all distinguished family law professionals and leading attorneys from throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and the United Kingdom.

We are pleased to announce that our very own David Schaffer will be among this highly-regarded group of speakers. David will be speaking to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act and the Hague Convention, as well as obtaining Mirror Orders.

He will be offering guidance and calling on past experiences to help and encourage attendees/fellow attorneys dealing with international custody issues or looking to develop an international practice.
